Cultra (pronounced /kəlˈtroʊ/; in Irish Cúl Trá) is a residential suburban area adjacent to Holywood, County Down, Northern Ireland, part of Greater Belfast. It is comfortably one of Northern Ireland's most affluent areas (hence the "Gold Coast" nickname for the district) benefitting as it does from attractive sea views and tree-lined avenues, house prices here are upwards of £5 million. With relatively easy road and rail transport links to central Belfast.

Notable attractions are the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum, Royal North of Ireland Yacht Club, Culloden Hotel, Cultra Inn and Royal Belfast Golf Club. Although the Yacht Club and Golf Club are both private members clubs with membership withheld from all but the upper classes of the country.
