The European GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) Supervisory Authority (GSA) is an agency of the European Union based in Brussels, Belgium. The body was set up in 2004.

Its objective is to ensure that essential public interests are properly defended and represented in connection with European Union's satellite navigation programmes (GALILEO and EGNOS). The aim of GALILEO is to provide a modern European alternative to the established GPS system of the United States of America.

The agency is responsible for managing and monitoring the use of the programme funds. It will help the European Commission deal with any matters relating to satellite radio-navigation.
