This is a list of islands administered by the Republic of China (the islands claimed but not administered by the ROC are not included on this list). All of these islands are claimed by the People's Republic of China.

Outlying islands of Taiwan Island:
The South China Sea islands were part of Guangdong Province, and later the Hainan Special Administrative Region, before the relocation of the ROC government to Taipei in 1949. The ROC claims all the South China Sea Islands, but only administes Pratas and Taiping. (Note: the ROC/Taiwan government does not actively claiming the right of other South China Sea islands other than those above.)
