Karl Höfner GmbH & Co. KG är ett företag från Tyskland som tillverkar musikinstrument. Företaget grundades år 1887 av Karl Höfner.

Höfner tillverkar gitarrer, basar och andra stränginstrument som till exempel violiner. De är mest berömda för sin speciella elbas 500/1, använd av bland annat The Beatles och än idag (2008) använd av Paul McCartney.
